<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Earlier, the project proponent had applied for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of dyeing unit for Dyeing and Finishing of Polyester Fabric @ 16 Ton/day & Dyeing and Finishing Of Cotton/Polyester - Cotton (PC) @ 8 Ton/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 399.5 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD alongwith one boiler of 04 TPH, and one DG set of capacity 250 KVA, which was <strong>refused </strong>vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2023/20210022 dated 06.01.2023 due to <strong>the industry has not submitted share allotment certificate duly signed by Chairman, Directors and Company Secretary of CETP 50 MLD</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the project proponent has again applied through OCMMS for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. <strong>However, the industry has not submitted share allotment certificate duly signed by Chairman, Directors and Company Secretary of CETP 50 MLD as already directed by the board.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the Regional Office be directed to return the application or the application may be refused, please.</p>
