Sir, please find attached payment details of CTO-Water. Kindly note that we have submitted CTO-Water application for one year. while CTO was granted for only three months with special conditions as listed below;- This extension letter may be appended with the original consent letter
issued to the hospital and subsequent extensions letters with an additional condition as under:
1) The hospital will again carry out water audit from some good institute of repute for checking the water wastage, reuse of
treated water, reuse of RO reject for non core areas like flushing floor washing, reduction of use of RO treated water particularly
in non- core areas etc., reuse of treated effluents for plantation etc.
2) The hospital shall ensure that the organic waste composter is being used regularly and record of biodegradable waste treated
and compost prepared shall be maintained. Now we are here requesting to grant CTO for remaining months as we are complying on both conditions. |
