<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit is large scale orange category educational institute and was granted consents both valid upto 31.03.2021. Now the educational institute has applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per agenda note the campus was visited on 16.12.2022 and observed that in the campus, 7 No. educational institutes, 03 No. boys hostel, 03 No. girls hostel are available. The campus has installed 01 No. DG Set of capacity 320 KVA, which is with canopy and stack height provided. The institute was disposing Municipal Solid Waste in the pits covered with the layer of soil within the premises. The institute was discharging kitchen waste to the piggery farming person.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of report of RO, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>to the institute upto 30.09.2026 with usual terms & conditions.
