Earlier, the industry was granted consents both valid upto 30.09.2022. Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act 1981 through OCMMS<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The Regional Office has processed the consent cases for grant without visit as per office order issued by the Board vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions please and special conditions that if the industry is found not complying with provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 during visit in future, the consent to operate granted to the industry will be revoked.
