<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry is a small scale orange category unit and was granted consents both valid upto 30.09.2022. Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;">As per agenda note the industry was visited on 08.02.2023 and during visit it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in the process of machining of valves and cocks. The industry has installed 1 no. shot blasting machine with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed 1 no. painting booth with water curtain. The industry has installed 1 no. powder coating with cyclone separator. The industry has installed 2 no. DG sets of capacity 125 KVA and 62 KVA. Each D.G set is provided with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. There is no source of trade effluent generation only domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has already submitted approved building plan from Director of Factories. The industry has already submitted DTP certificate vide letter no. 532 dated 14.03.2012 wherein mentioning that the industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master Plan 2009-2031.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"> Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with usual conditions as policy of the Board.
