<p>As per the project report, the industry is a pharma formulation unit. The pp has proposed to install ETP based on MBBR technology for the treatment of waste-water generated from washing of utensils activities. The raw material used are organic in nature, hence the treatment is adequate, generally such units install electric evaporator for the evaporation of waste-water.</p>
<p>Only one thing is that the pp has not proposed to install coating pan & APCD arrangement with it in the application form and feasibility report which is required for coating on capsule/tablets.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended that <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to specail condition as under:</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px;">1) The pp will not install any source of air pollution besides DG set, without obtaining prior permission of the Board.</span></p> |
