CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/17988855 dated 20.04.2022, valid till 25.03.2023 for establishment of Commercial project consisting of Offices @ 108 nos. and Showroom @ 80 nos. with certain special conditions.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">Now, the project proponent has applied fresh &lsquo;Consent to Operate&rsquo; under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of Commercial project consisting of Offices @ 108 nos. and Showroom @ 80 nos. along with requisite documents.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 18.37 crore on 17.01.2023. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 24,500/- vide R no. 950253252 dated 26.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 24,500/- vide R no. 223137483 dated 26.01.2023 under Air Act, 1981. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent on 15.02.2023 with request to submit reply within 5 day and during visit of the project on 14.02.2023, it is observed as under: </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN">In the layout plan approved by the authority, the location of the STP has not been marked. Gurdayal Singh) as a alternate arrangement for the disposal of the treated domestic effluent to be used for a irrigation purpose with the validity upto 03.03.2032 having Khewat &amp; Khatav No. 219/276: Khasra no. 700 measuring 0.75 acres. The project proponent has submitted sale deed between M/s Swami Auto Care Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Maxxon Space Builders. The project proponent has submitted CLU certificate for site measuring<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>1.18 acres area for commercial purpose. The project proponent has submitted completion certificate of STP of capacity 30 KLD for M/s Maxxon Space Builders handed over by Harit Enviro Engineering &amp; Consultant Solutions on 31.12.2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted NOC for scientific disposal of Solid waste and construction &amp; demolation waste approved from MC Zirakpur vide no. 2490 dated 24.12.2020. the project proponent has submitted partnership deed made on 15.05.2018 Vivek Singla, Rajvinder Goyal, Rohit Rajan &amp; Gaurav Gupta. The project proponent has submitted<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>approved building plan Assistant Town Planner. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted water detail of the project, as per which total water requirement of the project is 34 KLD out of which 34 KLD will be met through ground water. The total wastewater generation from the project will be 34 KLD which will be treated in a STP of capacity 30 KLD to be installed within the project premises. The total treated wastewater generation from STP will be 27.20 KLD, out of which 14 KLD will be used for flushing purpose, 13.20 KLD will be used for irrigation of green area.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted analysis report of outlet of STP and the sample collected on 30.12.2022 by M/s Environ Tech Laboratories.
