The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has not submitted year-wise CA certificate regarding fixed assets so as to calculate the Consent fees.
2. The applicant is required to clarify whether the printing machinery installed by is to be operated as it has applied for Consent to Operate for the same.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above and submit the consent fee accordingly so that further action in the matter may be initiated.
