<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall apply for obtaining varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for Stone Crusher & Screening-cum-Washing plant after getting distances verify from the Revenue Department within 15 days.</span></p> |
