<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The project proponent has submitted reply of the show cause notice. On going through the reply it is observed that the project proponent has not submitted any document regarding permission of additional land for the disposal of treated effluent till the sewer line is not laid at project site. Further, the project proponent has not submitted completion certificate and dimensional drawing of STP which he is claiming that he has installed at site. The fee deposited by the project proponent couldn’t be adjudged as CA certificate is showing depreciated value of fixed assets. However, the project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding the same alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice of refusal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing.</span></p>
