During the hearing following decisions were taken:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall obtain letter from CLU issuing authority clearly mentioning that the industry having printing, washing and dyeing process are permissible on the site of industry, within 10 days.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .25in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>If approved, in compliance of the decision of the personal hearing, the application may be returned with request to apply for the varied consent to operate with increased production after obtaining CLU from the concerned <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>authorities stating <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>that the industry having printing, washing and dyeing process are permissible on the site of industry.</span></p> |
