The industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has mentioned the total value of assets in its application form as Rs. 15.72773 lakhs, which is not as per the CA certificate.
2. The industry has not submitted a latest CA certificate along with online application form.
3. As such, adequacy of consent fee could not be adjudged.
4. The industry has not submitted dimensional drawing and completion certificate of the APCD with the process.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please.
