<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-font-width: 95%;"> The industry has deposit </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Rs. 18000/- vide no. AXSK223220012452 dated 18.11.2022 as NOC fee, Rs. 500/- vide no. AXSK223220012452 dated 18.11.2022 as application form fee which is adequate or one year. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-font-width: 95%;"> The applicant has filled online application form, uploaded Project report of the industry, manufacturing process, site plan location plan, certificate regarding exemption from payment of CLU/EDC issued by District Level Committee, Ludhiana in respect of bicycle and bicycle components/parts manufacturing Enterprises vide no. 2828 dated 07.08.2020, proof of ownership of land. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-font-width: 95%;"> The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 14.02.2023 and observed as under:</span></p>

The sheds for proposed industrial unit has been constructed, however no machinery has been installed at site. </span></p>

The septic tank has been constructed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-width: 95%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"> In view of the above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Establish (NOC)' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for manufacturing of Cycle Parts & Furniture @ 200 Number/day for one year with the suitable terms and conditions</span></p> |
