<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Symbol; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">·</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 7.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">It is therefore, recommended that consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF for the period upto 31.12.2023 with suitable conditions along with special condition that the HCF will submit its effluent sampling report within one month.</span></p>
