<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted reply of the show cause notice. On going through the reply and documents attach with the application it is observed that the project proponent has submitted registered deed regarding additional land of 1 acre which it will developed as per Karnal Technology and on which it has proposed to use the treated water of the STP. Copy of the agreement is enclosed. Further on going through the feasibility report submitted with the documents it is observed that it has not proposed to install composter of insitu management of solid waste.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Now, the project proponent has applied for NOC extension and mode of disposal has been changed from the earlier NOC issued to it. Further, the project proponent has not submitted site plan wherein detail of STP has been earmarked. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of previous NOC conditions.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">If approved the application of the project proponent may be returned with request to apply for fresh Consent to Establish under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and along with requisite documents.</p>
