<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has deposited Rs. 4100/- vide R. no. 983401019 dated 03.02.2023 including application form fee, against the cost of the project of Rs. 58.87 lakh (as per application form). The NOC fees deposited by the industry is adequate for one years. </span></p>

Smt. Gitanjali and Vinod Kumar regarding sale of land bearing </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Khasra no. 26//11(2-13), 12/1 (1-3), 19 (4-0), 20 (4-0), 21 (4-0) and 22(4-0) total 0 Bigha, 05 Biswe. Further, the industry has submitted a copy of GST registration no. 03AMPPG7758J1ZL, wherein, it has been mentioned that Smt. Gitanjali is the proprietor of the unit.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has submitted allotment letter issued by M/s Pragati Industrial Park vide no.PIP/22112022/49 dated 22.11.2022 regarding allotment of Industrial Plot in “Pragati Industrial Park” situated at Gulabgarh Behra Road, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar to M/s Innovative Beauty Care, through Prop. Gitanjali W/o Sh. Jugmeneder Kapil R/o H. No. 393, H.M.T.Colony, Pinjore Kalka, Panchkula allotted PlotNo.49 admeasuring 259.55 sq. yards.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The site of the proposed unit is located in Pragati Industrial Park, village Behra, Tehsil Derabassi. The said project was already granted ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) by the Board for setting up of an Industrial Park in an area of 9.1875 acres having 81 no. of industrial plots. Thus, the site of the industry is suitable for setting up of the unit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">In this regard it is work to mention here that ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) granted to the industrial park was lastly extended upto 28.08.2016 and the promoter has failed to get the validity of NOC extended, so far. This matter shall be dealt separately through e-noting.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Water Pollution:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As per the application form and project report, trade effluent @ 0.3 KLD shall be generated from the unit and the industry has proposed to install electric evaporator to evaporate the said effluent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Further, domestic effluent @ 0.2 KLD shall be generated from the unit and the industry has proposed to use the same for onto land for plantation within premises after passing through septic tank. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Air Pollution:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">There shall be no source of air pollution from the process of the unit and the industry has not proposed to install any DG set in its premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The process of the industry is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Applicability of SAC clearance:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As per the process flow chart, the unit is not covered under the ambit of SAC clearance.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 12.0pt 3.7pt .0001pt 0in;"><strong><u><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Recommendations:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 12.0pt 3.7pt .0001pt 0in;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">In view of above, if approved ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year, with usual conditions & with following special conditions:</span></p>
