CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/19827991 dated 15/09/2022, having validity upto 14/09/2023 for manufacturing of Rice @5T/Hour as products, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for manufacturing of Raw Rice (Sortex) @5T/Hour as products, along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 56700/- vide UTR. no. YESOB30090023991 dated 09.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 56700/- vide UTR R. no. YESOB30090024367 dated 09.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027, for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 377.15 Lacs, as on 28.01.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 56.7pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has also submitted a copy of building plan signed by Sh. Hanish Gupta, Competent Person of Director of Factories of Punjab.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 5pt 3.7pt 0.0001pt 0.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; letter-spacing: -0.05pt;">In the shelling section, the industry has installed cyclone separator as APCD, which has been properly connected with different transfer points as well as loading belt, through pipes.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.85pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The industry shall comply with the guidelines/ code of practice for rice sheller units issued by the Govt. of Punjab vide its notification Endst. No. 10/48/2004/STE (4)/4077 dt.13.9.2006, amended vide no. 10/48/2004 (4)/931 dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.85pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The industry shall carry out more plantation along its boundary wall, within 03 months and shall intimate the Board regarding the same within 15 days thereafter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.85pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The industry shall keep its vehicle movement area in good conditions, at all times and shall ensure that no dust is emitted due to movement of vehicles in its premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.85pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The project proponent shall operate only dry rice sheller and shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent from its premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0in 5.85pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The project proponent shall discharge only domestic effluent onto land for plantation passing through septic tank.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.</span></p>
