<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has deposited Rs. 56700/- vide UTR. no. YESOB30090023991 dated 09.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 56700/- vide UTR R. no. YESOB30090024367 dated 09.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027, for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 249.24 Lacs, as on 28.01.2023.</span></p>

Hanish Gupta, Competent Person of Director of Factories of Punjab.</span></p>
