The application was scrutinized and observed that the CA certificate submitted by the industry shows gross block of fixed assets as on 31.03.2022 which is quite old. The industry is required to submit latest CA certificate. The value of fixed assets of the industry has increased from Rs. 6,97,540/- (as per last CA certificate submitted at the time grant of previous consent) to Rs 7,89,500/- (as per CA certificate submitted as on 31.03.2022). However, the industry has not submitted any detail of its increase. The industry is also required to submit NOC regularization fee. The industry is not submitted adequate consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 as well as penalty fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 for late application submission.
