Earlier the industry was visited by the officer of board on 18.11.2021 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

However, the ID fan was not in operation and fugitive emissions were observed in the industry.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 5.05pt .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> Thereafter, the industry was given an opportunity to show cause in writing within 15 days vide letter no. 4527-28 dated 10.10.2022 and the following direction were issued to the industry.</span></p>

The industry has filled online application form, Lease Deed , feasibility report of APCD, Manufacturing process Chart, DTP certificate, GST certificate, CA certificate, Building Plan and Proprietorship. </span></p>
