Accordingly, the PSPCL Authorities were directed to disconnect the electric supply of the unit vide Board’s letter no. 5967 dated 23.09.2022. In compliance of the above said directions the PSPCL Authorities have disconnected the electric supply of the unit vide TDCO no. 081/82667 dated 17.10.2022. The compliance report of the same has been sent vide this office’s letter no. 6369 dated 01.11.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under green category, for manufacturing of Ready-Mix Concrete Cement @ 30 m3/h and Curve Stone, Bridge, Paver & Tiles @ 3000 Numbers/Day. The Project Proponent has submitted a letter issued by the MCL Authorities to the District Mandi Officer, Ludhiana vide no. 884/EE/C dated 10.02.2022 to allow the said RMC plant at Grain Market’s land for smooth work of the said project. The MCL has also mentioned in the said letter that the work has been allotted to the unit vide work order no. 16/EE/C dated 05.01.2022. Further, the Project Proponent has also submitted a letter issued by Assistant Town Planner, Zone-C, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana vide no. 226/ DRG-C/D dated 19.07.2022 mentioning that the said site falls under the jurisdiction of District Mandi Officer, Ludhiana. He further mentioned that if Mandi Board has not any objection regarding establishment of said RMC plant than the MCL has also not any objection regarding the same. The Project Proponent has also submitted an agreement made with Market Committee, Ludhiana for installation of said RMC Plant. The said agreement was made on 02.05.2022. The PP has deposited Rs. 4070/- vide UTR no. MAHBH22160021977 dated 09.06.2022 as air consent fee & Rs. 6295/- vide UTR no. MAHBH22160022219 dated 09.06.2022, out of which Rs. 4070 as water consent fee and Rs. 2200 as NOC regularization fee against the CA certificate of Rs 27.96 lacs, which is adequate upto 28.02.2024 (considering date of agreement made with the Market Committee, Ludhiana i.e. 02.05.2022 as date of commencement).</span></p>

Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may temporarily be granted upto 30.06.2023 subjected to the suitable conditions and special conditions that the Project Proponent shall shift the said RMC plant to the designated zone. </span></p>
