<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is submitted that the case is auto renewal. Online agenda has not prepared. Manual agenda is already attached by the AEE of this office vide note dated 30.01.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</p>
