The remaining entire component will be developed by the individual plot owner. The area detail of independent floors is about 1370.74 sqmtr which is less than 20,000 sqmtr. As per the FAR, the total built up area is less than 150000 sqmtr. Copy of the area detail is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A for your kind perusal.</p>
