Now, the company has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of D.G. set of capacity 10 KVA (in compliance of the orders of National Green Tribunal order dated 24/5/2013) alongwith requisite documents. The applicant has deposited Rs. 1000/- vide R.No. </span><span style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; text-align: -webkit-left; background-color: #e8f6f9;">756333977 </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;">dated 20.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the company is adequate upto 10.01.2024. The unit has also submitted compliance report of the consent earlier granted to under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry. In view of above, if approved, consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 for the operation of D.G. set alongwith D.G set of capacity 10 KVA may be granted to the company upto 10.01.2024 subject to conditions as mentioned therein.
