<p style="text-align: justify;">From the above reporting's, following gist may be drawn:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->M/s Swadeshi Wollen Mills from whom shares have been purchased is not an existing unit but have obtained NOC way back in year 2017 but not commissioned its unit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Said firm has been purchased by M/s Tudor International including shares.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted NOC from the SPV BKTKA vide letter dated 09.05.2022 regarding transfer of shares @ 100 KLD from M/s Swadeshi Woollen Mills to M/s Tudor International for the disposal of its trade effluent into the conveyance system of CETP.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->Due to non-achievement of results, the Board is not allowing fresh discharge of effluent into the CETP (Bahadurke 15 MLD).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->NOC issued by the PDA is not authenticated by the Company Secretary.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">During meetings held with the Directors of PDA (50 MLD) on 13.02.2023 and on 16.02.2023 with the Director of PDA (40 MLD), the Company Secretary of PDA informed that as per the policy year 2018, D-MAT of shares is required.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, Show Cause Notice may be issued to the industry for refusal of 'Consent to Establish' / NOC due to above reasons with opportunity of personal hearing before Hon'ble Chairman of the Board, please.</p> |
