<p style="text-align: justify;">We at present are not allowing new industry / expansion at Bahadurke Road, Dyeing Complex due to non-operation of CETP (Bahadurke 15 MLD). The new machine of 800 Kg capacity was added by the industry after 23.06.2022 without permission / NOC of the Board. As we are refusing other NOCs / expansions at this stage, this machine shall also be not regularized till the CETP is stabilized. As per report of RO, monthly average effluent remains maximum upto 608 KLD. Whereas, the peaks are noticed upto 851 KLD. Therefore, we have to restrict the industry and shall not allow with peak flows as CETP is not functioning properly. Therefore, new machine of 800 Kg shall not be allowed at this stage.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Therefore, this consent may be issued for a maximum discharge of 600 KLD with production not exceeding the applied figures. Newly added soft flow machine of 800 Kg (without NOC) may be sealed.</p>
