| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted a copy of proof of date of commissioning, i.e. Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no. as such, adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged.
2. The industry has not submitted a copy of dimensional drawing and completion certificate of the APCDs to be installed with dryer section and shelling section to contain the process emission.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please.
