<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">On going through the reply of the industry it was observed that the industry has purchased an electric evaporator for treatment of wastewater that will be installed within next 20-30 days, hence, the industry may be in practice of disposing of the effluent generated from washing of roller through un-authorized means, earlier.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">If approved, show cause notice for refusal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with an opportunity of personal hearing may be given to the industry.</p>
