<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Electroplating of MS Screws, Nuts & Bolts @ 05 MTD as products, along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 32900/- vide UTR. no. N035232317592931 dated 04.02.2023 (considering NOC regularization fee of Rs. 5400/-) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 27000/- vide UTR. no. N035232317583853 dated 04.02.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate for five years for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 68.0 Lacs on 02.02.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As per the application form, Sh. Saanuj Jain is the sole proprietor of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Suitability of Site:</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has submitted a copy of transfer letter of PSIEC issued vide letter no. 2837 dated 30.04.2021; wherein, the plot no. E160A has been given for 99 years lease hold basis to Sh. Saanuj Jain and Smt. Jyoti Jain, for manufacturing of “<em>All kind of Fastners, Engg. Works, Steel Fabrication, Plastic Moulding, Die Casting, Electrical parts and Zinc Plating.</em></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Further, </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">the industry has submitted lease deed made on 01.12.2022, executed between Mrs. Jyoti Jain and M/s JSP Industries for </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">plot no. E160A</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">. The said lease deed is valid upto 30.11.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As such, the site of the industry is suitable for setting up of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is further, submitted that t</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">he industry has submitted a copy of the agreement executed between M/s JSP Industries and M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., on 09.12.2022<span style="color: red;"> </span>for lifting of trade effluent to the tune of 30,000 ltrs/month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has also submitted a copy of building plan signed on 13.12.2022 by Sh. Jasvir Singh, Competent Person, under the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: 0.2pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Visit:</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Accordingly, the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 14.02.2023 during visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will be engaged in zinc plating of screws, nuts and bolts and was not in operation during the visit. The industry has not yet started production activity at site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has provided flow meter on the line proposed to supply fresh water in the plating section.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has constructed garland drain along its 03 sides, in front of which, the zinc plating barrels are being installed. The trade effluent to be generated from zinc plating process shall be discharged into the said drain, which ultimately leads to a pucca underground storage of capacity 58000 ltrs. (size- 23.9’ x 9.1’ x 9.5’).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The trade effluent to be collected in the said underground pucca tank shall be then got lifted through operator of CETP at Chanalon, Kurali. The industry has submitted a copy of the agreement executed between M/s JSP Industries and M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., on 09.12.2022 for lifting of trade effluent to the tune of 30,000 ltrs/month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The domestic effluent to be generated from the unit shall be discharged in to PSIEC sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">9.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has proposed to utilize its 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> floor for packaging and storage purposes.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">10.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry has installed 01 no. DG set of capacity 125 KVA, which is provided with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall not discharge the effluent into any drain/choe/nallah, in any case.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall not discharge any effluent at any unauthorized place by any unauthorized means i.e. shall not discharge any wastewater in any drain / inland surface waters / drain/choe/nallah/ onto land for stagnation at any time, under any circumstances.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall not use any fuel in its premises except HSD for operation of DG set without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall develop its project strictly in accordance with the layout / building plans approved / to be approved by the Competent Authority.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="text-indent: -22.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="text-indent: -22.5pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry obtain permission from PWRDA for abstraction of groundwater and shall comply with the guidelines issued by PWRDA from time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">9.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall get its final building plan approved from Director of Factories within 02 months and shall submit a copy of the same to the Board within 15 days thereafter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">10.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that due to operation of the project at the site, no nuisance for general public is created at any time and no public complaints are received.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">11.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The adequacy/ efficacy of the pollution control arrangements shall be the sole responsibility of the industry and the industry shall be bound to implement/ upgrade its pollution control arrangements as per the discretion of the Board to achieve the prescribed emission/ effluent standards, as amended from time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 8.05pt -2.3pt 0.0001pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">12.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">The unit shall ensure that no nuisance is created in the vicinity of its premises from the operations of its service station. In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in -2.3pt 0.0001pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">13.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The adequacy/ efficacy of the pollution control and disposal arrangements shall be the sole responsibility of the project proponent and the project proponent shall be bound to implement/ upgrade its pollution control arrangements as per the discretion of the Board to achieve the prescribed emission/ effluent standards, as amended from time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in -2.3pt 0.0001pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">14.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The Consent is being granted to the industry based upon the undertaking/ documents/ information submitted by it along with the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 8.05pt -2.3pt 6pt 22.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span style="line-height: 24px;">15.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 24px;">In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.</span></p>
