<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 4.9pt .0001pt 14.35pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The applicant has filled online application form, uploaded Project report of the industry, site plan location plan, rent deed, MOA certificate, Manufacturing process flow chart, Certificate of Incorporation, Director of factory detail, MSME certificate, feasibility report of STP of capacity 10 KLD, Certificate of classification of area by DTP vide no. 445 dated 13.02.2014 and the industry has deposit NOC fee which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 5.2pt .0001pt 14.35pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In order to verify the application form, the warehouse was visited by the AEE of this office on<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>21.01.2023 and it was<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>observed as under:-</span></p>

All the machinery proposed is of non-polluting nature.</span></p>

The treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 5.2pt .0001pt 58.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has proposed to install D.G set of capacity 500 KVA which is equipped with canopy and adequate stack.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 5.15pt .0001pt 40.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> the provisions of the </span>Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special conditions that industry shall not install any polluting machinery without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
