<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the project proponent has submitted a letter issued by District Town Planner, Ludhiana. As per which, the site of the industry falls under commercial zone (Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable and Grain Market, timber market, ware house, cold storage, oil depot) vide no. 445/DTP(L)/M2A dated 20.02.2023. Further, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">the Project Proponent has also submitted a letter issued by Assistant Town Planner, Zone-C, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana vide no. 226/ DRG-C/D dated 19.07.2022 mentioning that the said site falls under the jurisdiction of District Mandi Officer, Ludhiana. He further mentioned that if Mandi Board has not any objection regarding establishment of said RMC plant than the MCL has also not any objection regarding the same. </span></p>
