<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">If approved the application of the project proponent may be returned with a request to apply Consent to Establish under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">EE, RO may also be requested to reverify the compliance with conditions of previously granted CTE as well as compliance with environmental law and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
