CTE/Ext/SAS/2022/18094262 dated 22/07/2022, which was valid upto 04/02/2023, for development of Commercial (Showrooms) (area in 0.816 acres), subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the project proponent has applied for extension in the validity of Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for development of Commercial (Showrooms) (area in 0.816 acres). The project proponent has deposited Rs.</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">18500/- vide online UTR no. MAHBH23035578850 dated 04/02/2023 as NOC fees. The NOC fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year, against the cost of the project of Rs. 25.12 crore.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The site of the proposed project was visited by officer of the Board on 21/02/2023. During the visit, it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The proposed site is situated on Zirakpur-Patiala Road at village Nabha and situated adjoining its sister concern group housing residential unit namely M/s Green Lotus Saksham Group Housing Project.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has completed structure work of entire commercial site in L-Shape and the finishing work was going on at the site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has constructed basement + 5 floors building. Total showroom of the commercial site is about 78 no. (i.e. 14 showroom on lower ground + 64 showroom on all remaining floors). Photographs taken during visit and attached herewith. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for one year, subject to the same conditions mentioned therein and the following additional conditions that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent shall be bound to obtain consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, before starting of production, at the project site.</span></p>
