<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is submitted that the project proponent has now submitted revised feasibility report, wherein average population density per plot has been revised for 8 persons to 5 persons per residential plot and 4 persons per commercial plot. Accordingly, the discharge of effluent has been calculated as 69 KLD and the project proponent has proposed to install STP of capacity 85 KLD (75 +/- 10 KLD) to treat the domestic effluent generated from the operation of project. Also, the project proponent has stated that the green area<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>available <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>in the parks and alongside load is 4200 sqm, wherein about 15-20 KLD treated wastewater can be utilized & remaining can be discharged into MC sewer. In this regard, the project proponent has submitted the copy of permission applied to Municipal Corporation, Patiala for grant of permanent sewage connection to the main sewage line passing infront of their premises. A copy of revised feasibility report and application of the project proponent made to Municipal Corporation, Patiala is attached herewith. </span></p>
