<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under the Water Act,1974 up to 31.03.2024 with suitable conditions as proposed by AEE with additional condition that the industry shall <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>take adequate steps to stop discharging its industrial effluent into Municipal sewer, Ludhiana by 31.03.2024 and shall submit PERT chart in this regard by 31.03.2023, please.</span></p> |
