<p style="text-align: justify;">Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE for grant of NOC of extension for one year subject to the same conditions mentioned therein and the following additional conditions that:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The project proponent shall be bound to obtain consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, before starting of any occupancy at the project site.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The project proponent shall not start commissioning of the project without installation of STP.</p> |
