CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2018/7133850 dated 27.3.2018 valid up to 31.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2018/7132951 dated 27.03.2018 valid upto 31.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of Bicycle Tyres @ 50010 pcs/day, Bicycle Tubes @ 60000 pcs/day, Automobile Tyres & Tubes @ 3000 pcs/day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 108000/- vide <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>online receipt no. 717349849 dated 21.2.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 108000/- vide online receipt no. 615830747<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 21.2.2023 against the fixed assets of Rs. 998.23 Lacs, which is adequate upto 31.3.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 22.02.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

The component of the STP were in good operational condition.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 58.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Earlier, the effluent sample was collected by this office from final outlet of STP on 9.10.2019 and as per analysis report conc. of the parameters are pH = 7.6, TSS = 52 mg/l , TDS = 706 mg/l , COD = 156 mg/l , BOD = 48 mg/l , Oil & Grease = 6.2 mg/l , as per analysis report, all the parameters are within the limits as prescribed by the Board for such discharges.</span></p>
