<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is intimated that earlier, the industry has granted the consent to operate of the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide online reference no. CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2018/8904920 dated 24/12/2018 which is valid upto 30/09/2023 & no. CTOA/Varied/GRP/2018/7756963dated 12/07/2018 which is valid upto 30/09/2022 with certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Now, after divisions of the partners, the industry has applied fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of the Card Board @ 1.2 MTD and Leather Board/Sheet<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>@ 2.5 MTD from Card Board : Waste Paper & Waste Jute Bag @ 1.3 MTD and Leather Board : Leather Shaving Waste, Craft Paper, Paper Waste, Waste Jute Bags & Binder @ 2.6 MTD as raw material under Green Category. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent has submitted various documents, which are enclosed along with the application, which may kindly be pursued.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The industry has already deposited Rs. 14000/- vide online UTR No. AXSK230160003294 dated 16/01/2023 and Rs. 14500/- vide online UTR No. AXSK230160002948 dated 16/01/2023 as consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as application fee, which is adequate upto 31/12/2032 against the fixed assets of Rs. 17,51,600/- as per CA certificate submitted by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Keeping in view of above, if approve, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31/12/2032 without visiting the unit in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016 for the production of the Card Board @ 1.2 MTD and Leather Board/Sheet<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>@ 2.5 MTD from Card Board : Waste Paper & Waste Jute Bag @ 1.3 MTD and Leather Board : Leather Shaving Waste, Craft Paper, Paper Waste, Waste Jute Bags & Binder @ 2.6 MTD as raw material under Green Category, with the suitable conditions.</span></p> |
