<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Sir, as per latest order of EPA, M/s Medicare Environmental Management Pvt Ltd., Ludhiana is authorized for lifting of bio medical waste for district Moga. The hospital has made agreement with same CBWTF, which is valid upto 31.12.2027 copy of the same is already attached with online application.</span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The hospital has disposed off its ETP sludge to CBWTF and undertaking submitted by the hospital is attached herewith.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The hospital has submitted approved building plan of the hospital (copy attached).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Keeping in view of above, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.06.2023 subject to the same conditions and following specific conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The HCF will apply for fresh consent to operate / authorization if it increases its bed capacity.</span></p>

The HCF has to comply with the zoning regulation of master plan & to be shifted from the site as and when asked by the Govt./PPCB/ or any concerned Govt. agency.</span></p> |
