<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has directly apply fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 without obtaining NOC of the Board for production of Ready Mix Concrete @ 30 m3/h by using Aggregate Stone, Sand & Cement @ 320 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the project of Rs. 66.87 lakh as on 20/10/2022. The industry has deposited Rs. 8700.0/- vide online R no. 718598616 dated 15/02/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 11600.0/- (Rs. 8700.0/- under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 2900.0/- as NOC regularization fees) vide online R no. 736927944 dated 15/02/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate for 03 years (i.e. 29/11/2025) under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted NOC for establishment of concrete batching plant at village Nagari on temporarily basis for 03 years which is issued by the <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>DTP vide no.2265 dated 29/11/2022 i.e. valid upto 29/11/2025. The industry has also submitted distance verification report of various points from the revenue authority. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the project was visited by the AEE of this office on 22/02/2023 and during visit it was observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for 03 years to the industry for of Ready Mix Concrete @ 30 m3/h by using Aggregate Stone, Sand & Cement @ 320 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material, subject to certain and additional conditions that:</span></p>
