<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.1pt 4.35pt 0.0001pt 5.6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted upto 31/12/2021 for the operation of Marriage Palace vide online reference no. CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2021/14331680 & CTOW/Renewal/GRP/2021/14331680 dated 14/07/2021 respectively under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.1pt 4.35pt 0.0001pt 5.6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">Now the Marriage Palace has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Marriage Palace through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.1pt 4.35pt 0.0001pt 5.6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">The Marriage Palace has submitted approved building plan issued form District Town Planner, Gurdaspur.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.1pt 4.35pt 0.0001pt 5.6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px;">The Marriage Palace has deposited Rs. 17900/- vide R/No. 96/5523 dated 06.02.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as application fee and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions.</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';"> </span></p> |
