<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of the recommendations of EE, RO, FGS, if approved, ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed <strong>upto 30/09/2025</strong> subject to the conditions imposed in the original cnosent letters issued by the Board and following additional conditions that:</span></p>

The project proponent shall comply with the guidelines of Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) for abstraction of ground water.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2. The project proponent shall provide flow meter at outlet of STP immediately and submit the compliance at Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib.</span></p>
