1. The industry has submitted application for discharge of domestic effluent into MC Sewer whereas sewer has been laid in the area. 2. The industry is required to submit the current status of green area development (38%) w.r.t. the amended EC dated 12/01/2023 and site plan submitted to SEIAA Punjab for green area developed for verification. 3. As per the EC condition at least 2.5% of the total cost of the project shall be year mark toward C.S.R activities (details given in the EC). The industry has submitted proposal of Rs. 24 lacs for caring out C.S.R activities. The industry as per amended EC is heaving total project cost of Rs. 16.67 Crores according to which the proposal of Rs. 41.6 lacs is required. You are requested to clarify the above facts in two days. |
