<p>1. The industry has been established without obtaining CTE from the Board in the year 2017 and applied for obtaining CTOs 3 times prior to this, but every time the application was returned to the industry due to incompletions mentioned therein.</p>
<p>2. The industry uses waste plastic as raw material i.e. cutting and grinding operations must be operational and has provided 9 injection moulding machines. No APCD has been provided by the industry for control of emissions generated during cutting, grinding operations.</p>
<p>3. As per the building plan, there are 7 injection moulding machines, whereas as per the visit of officer of the Board, there are 9 such machines.</p>
<p>4. The industry has not obtained registration under PWM Rules, 2016.</p>
