<p>It is submitted that the industry has given the reply of SCN through online.After perusal, it was observed that:-</p>
<p>1.The industry has installed all the required machinery for service,painting and washing of vehicles.</p>
<p>2.The industry has also increase the stack height of DG set and APCD of Paint booth duct more than 10 feet from the adjoining shed.</p>
<p>3.The industry has provided HW storage room adjoining pintbooth room of size 22.0(L)*9.5(B)*7.3(H)ft.</p>
<p>It is further submitted that all the above point compliance are verified by the undersigned.</p>
<p>keeping in view of the above, it is recomended that consent to operte under Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.6.2024.</p> |
