<p>As per report/note of the AEE/EE, RO, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">The site of the saila plant is complying with the siting guidelines dated 15/10/2013 of the State Govt. for such type of units as per the reports of DTP, Patiala and revenue authority. The same has been confirmed by AEE.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Further, the unit has proposed effluent & emissions pollution control arrangements, which seem adequate in principle. In view of above, may if approved NOC may be granted to the industry upto the adequacy of consent fee i.e. 20.02.2024 please.</p>
