<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied for fresh CTO under the Water Act, of 1974.RO has reported that the industry will be engaged in zinc plating of screws, nuts, and bolts and was not in operation during the visit, the industry has not yet started production activity at the site. The industry has made MOU withM/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd for the lifting of trade effluent qt. 30,000 liters/month also made the effluent storage tank capacity of about 58,000 ltrs. RO has also reported that the site is suitable for such a type of project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 up to 30/06/2027, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit after three months to carry out the water detail audit ( freshwater consumption in process and trade effluent generation and trade effluent got left to authorized CETP ) , verify the mode of disposal, and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation. </span></p>
