<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">As per note of AEE/EE RO Patiala may if approved NOC be granted to the the project proponent for establishment of rsidential colony for 117 nos. residential plots & 13 nos. commercial shops upto adequacy of the fee i.e. 05.01.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 in an area of 6.206 acres at Village Hassanpur Prothaan, Tehsil & Distt. Patiala subject to suitable conditions including the conditions purposed by RO Patiala as under:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">The project proponent shall obtain permission for discharge of treated sewage into main sewage line of Municipal Corporation, Patiala and submit to Board at the time of obtaining Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">The project proponent shall develop adequate green area/plantation area in its premises for utilization of treated effluent, as per its revised feasibility report.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;"> The project proponent shall ensure that there is no stagnation of wastewater inside/outside its premises.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: black;">The project proponent shall provide minimum buffer of 15 mtrs green belt of broadleaf trees towards the air polluting industry, boundary of which located within 100 mtrs from the boundary of the site of the project.</span></p> |
