<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry is a small scale, orange category Service Station and has applied for renewal of consents (expired on 30.06.2022). As per agenda note the service station was visited by the AEE on 11.01.2023 and effluent samples from the final outlet of ETP were collected during visit and various parameters are found within the prescribed limit (pH=7.7, COD=138 mg/l, TSS=39 mg/l and O&G=6.2 mg/l). </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"> Keeping in view of report of RO, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be granted to the service station upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions and special conditions that:-</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 54.0pt; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 54.0pt; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 54.0pt; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></p>
