<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Earlier, the industry was discharging its untreated domestic water into borewells. The industry has provided 04 borewells within its premises and untreated domestic water was found discharged into 02 borewells. As such, the electric connections was disconnected and was restored upto 03.02.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the present report, domestic water from office section and labour quarters is discharged onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tanks. The RO has approved the CTO for grant. The industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPCL Authorities to restore the electricity connection of the industry temporarily for six months.</p>
